A dynamic 60-minute sweat session designed for all levels. We mix strength training, animal flow, cardio, and calisthenics in a results-driven format that hits every major muscle group. Each day targets a new focus — from power pumps to full-body burners — so your body stays challenged and your progress stays consistent. (5-minute grace window, always.)
Flow
This isn’t just movement — it’s therapy. Flow combines mindful strength training, energizing cardio, and expressive movement to challenge your body and clear your mind. You’ll leave class stronger, more centered, and ready to take on whatever’s next
Lagree
Low-impact. High-burn. Lagree is a 40-minute resistance-based class that targets every muscle with precision and control. Expect deep shakes, serious sweat, and muscle endurance gains.
Grip socks required — trust us, you’ll want the traction.
Sculpt & Tone
Slow. Steady. Effective. This class uses moderate weights and intentional pacing to sculpt and define your muscles from head to toe. Ideal for building lean strength without bulk, it’s a favorite for anyone who wants to feel strong, steady, and supported.
Barre
Meet your new movement therapy. Barre builds full-body strength through small, focused movements, all while improving balance, posture, and flexibility. With a rhythm-based flow and stress-reducing structure, this is a powerful way to move with grace — and grit.

Beautiful gym!!! I did The Bar Studio with Sylvia Wrosz and it was amazing! I love that they do intense workout followed by 5-minute meditation to cool down and start the rest of your day off on a good note. It was the nicest workout place I’ve been to! (Booked on ClassPass). Awesome staff! Will definitely be coming back.
